The connections in rope light are floating and if the rope is coiled at too tight an angle, the connection may be broken. If that should occur, gently ease the bend out of the rope light to possibly rejoin the connections. Also, excessive force used to straighten the rope may break connections along the line.

Splice connectors are included to replace unlit sections. Plug into an outdoor-rated surge protector.

Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Do you have smaller lengths and are these truly 360?

We only carry spools of 150 feet lengths. They are 360 veiwable.

Worked perfectly to replace older set that failed

Beautiful

These lights worked out exactly as we had hoped. The LEDs are very bright. They light our grilling area and make it where we can barbecue and cookout anytime we like. This also provides plenty of light to our back yard and makes entertaining that much more fun.

Quality lights but

Bought red rope and white rope. Red had easy and quick connectors. White came with ridiculous egg shape connectors that are tedious to use and are too large to be streamlined in a structural display. Had to screen the tiny nut into the TINY but and push into egg housing then back out the screw four times. Then to be sure they don't fall out scotch tape the nuts to egg. Glad I happened to order extra power cords. But rope light itself is good. **Hello, someone from customer support will be contacting you to help out.**

great item,but

the rope lights I ordered and received were package great but there were no instructions on how to put the ends on and splice them together. I had to google them and search for instructions. finally where you spliced the very very very small nuts and bolts if you can call them that were so small you would need pointy fingers to hold them. I would definetly purchase this product again and will be doing so in near future
